Yes, we provide free shipping on orders over $50 CAD to Canada. It’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with us! There is no free shipping to the US at this time.
No, we only ship domestically at this time.
Lost: Shipping carriers may mark an item as delivered before it arrives. Please wait 48 hours to see if it arrives. If it is still missing, please get in touch with us.
Damaged: We’re sorry to hear your parcel didn’t arrive safely! Please contact us with photos of how your parcel arrived and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and products cannot be returned. Should your online order arrive damaged, we offer a 14-day credit/exchange for all Mountain Sky products from the date the order was received. Please contact us here.
We do not offer credits or exchanges for gift cards.
If you have purchased a Mountain Sky product in a store, please return it to the store. Refunds/exchanges at stores are dependent on the store return policy.
