Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
  • If we receive an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, then the customer will be charged for all further costs of shipping to the correct address.

credit & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free credit and exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items Policy

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to exchange it for a new one.
  • Credits must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Take photos of the damaged item in your email, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label should we need the items to be returned.
  • Defective items must be received within 30 days of receipt.

Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request a Credit or Exchange

1. Email us on our contact page or call 1-866-309-4552 with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a exchange item will be mailed to you for an exchange, or a gift card will be issued to.

We do NOT offer credits or exchanges for

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, customs orders, or promotions sales, unless there is a defect or issue.
  • Any non-Mountain Sky products sold on our website.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you have purchased a Mountain Sky product in a store, please return it to the store, as the store's return policy will apply.
