At Mountain Sky Soap, we strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Below, you'll find all the details on our shipping policies, delivery times, and how to handle returns or exchanges.

All prices on the site and all invoices are listed in Canadian funds. For Wholesale Customers, please go to our wholesale application form to place orders.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Currently, we only ship domestically.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

For P.O. Boxes and RR addresses: Canada Post is the only accepted shipping option. Please select Canada Post to avoid extra fees.

Tariff or Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any tariff or customs fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or other fees levied by their country's customs authorities.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
  • If we receive an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, the customer will be charged for all further costs of shipping to the correct address.

Credit & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free credit and exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to exchange it for a new one.
  • Credits must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Take photos of the damaged item and include them in your email — we will arrange a replacement.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label should we need the items returned.
  • Defective items must be received within 30 days of getting your pre-paid shipping label.

Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

How to Request a Credit or Exchange

  1. Email us on our contact page or call 1-866-309-4552 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an exchange item will be mailed to you, or a gift card will be issued.

We Do NOT Offer Credits or Exchanges For

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, custom orders, or promotional sales — unless there is a defect or issue
  • Any non–Mountain Sky products sold on our website
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • If you have purchased a Mountain Sky product in a store, please return it to the store — the store's return policy will apply
