Free Shipping is only within Canada. Rush order upgrades or other requested shipping couriers will be charged accordingly.
For P.O. BOXES and RR addresses: Canada Post is the only shipping option we can offer, regardless of your shipping selection. Please select Canada Post to not be charged extra shipping fees.
For international buyers, we will quote shipping costs.
International Buyers outside of Canada – Depending on your delivery location and order, you might be required to pay import taxes to receive your package. These import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Mountain Sky.
We offer a 14-day credit/exchange for all Mountain Sky products sold on our website that have been damaged via shipping. Items must be in the original packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
If you have purchased a Mountain Sky product in a store, please return it to the store. Refunds/exchanges at stores are dependent on the store return policy.
We do NOT offer credits or exchanges for
- gift cards
- Sale items or promotions sales
- any non-Mountain Sky products sold on our website unless there has been documented damage via shipping. Variations in color, size, and look may occur from website pictures.
Please call customer service at 1-866-309-4552 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of the purchase date.
Order number must be provided when you call. Return merchandise with RMA number to Mountain Sky Soap, P.O. Box 1822, Station St-Martin, Laval, QC H7V 3P9. Defective items must be received within 30 days of receipt. Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender at your cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we receive an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, then the customer will be charged for all further costs of shipping to the correct address.
Returned merchandise shipping costs will be determined by customer service as per details of return for exchanges.
